The Secretariat is established under the President to coordinate among different units of the University in implementing policies and decisions, and to provide secretarial and administrative support at the University level. Externally, it acts as the University's focal contact point in communicating with the public and plays a key role in receiving distinguished visitors. Undertaking tasks as assigned by the President, the Secretariat facilitates the smooth operation of the University in achieving its goals and objectives and in enhancing its reputation and image.

With emphasis on innovation, efficiency and teamwork, the Secretariat strives to be proactive in supporting the University in its management and development, and in serving the President to streamline the administrative functions. Headed by the Secretary General, the Secretariat is committed to provide professional and quality services in delivering its work.
